Clarke Bustard: A music critic and cultural writer based in Richmond, VA, Bustard has written for the Richmond Times-Dispatch since 1971. He also has contributed to Style Weekly in Richmond, Symphony and Chamber Music magazines, the webzine NewMusicBox and other publications. Bustard is a recipient of the ASCAP Deems Taylor Award for music writing, as well as awards from state and national press associations.
